Use of BelajarHub services is limited to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using the service you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements set out here and in course-specific terms.

Users must be at least 16 years old to register and use BelajarHub. Minors may participate only with verifiable parental or guardian consent where required by law.

You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited uses include infringement of intellectual property rights, unauthorized access to systems and dissemination of unlawful content.

BelajarHub primarily serves learners in Malaysia. Access to certain services may be restricted in specific jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory or contractual limitations.

To access certain features you must register for an account. Account registration requires accurate information and agreement to these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Provide current, complete and accurate information when creating or updating your account. Misrepresentation or use of false information may result in account suspension.

Protect your account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and access vouchers. Notify BelajarHub immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing by BelajarHub.

BelajarHub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or pose security risks. Suspension may be temporary or permanent based on the nature of the violation.

BelajarHub offers on-demand courses, instructor-led sessions, assessments and career tools to help learners develop job-relevant skills. Course content, availability and delivery formats can vary by offering and may change from time to time.

BelajarHub may modify, update or discontinue features, courses or content without prior notice where reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to affected users.

BelajarHub strives to keep services available and secure, but service availability may be impacted by scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our control. We do not commit to uninterrupted service.

Users must follow rules that promote a professional learning environment and respect the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Uploading or sharing content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates third-party rights.
• Attempting to access data, accounts or systems without authorization or bypassing security controls.
• Using the platform to distribute malware, spam or other harmful content.
• Harassment, discriminatory conduct or threats toward other users, instructors or staff.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code or proprietary materials.

Users may submit content such as forum posts, assignments, profile information and project work (User Content). You remain responsible for User Content you share on BelajarHub.

You retain ownership of your User Content subject to any third-party rights. By submitting User Content you represent that you have the necessary rights to grant the licenses described here.

By posting User Content you grant BelajarHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display and distribute the content as necessary to operate and improve the service and to provide learning experiences to other users.

You are solely responsible for User Content and for compliance with applicable laws. BelajarHub may moderate, remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these terms or applicable law.

If User Content infringes third-party rights or violates policies, BelajarHub may remove it upon notice or at its discretion and may suspend accounts linked to repeated violations.

All proprietary content on BelajarHub, including course materials, software, designs and logos, is owned by BelajarHub or licensed to BelajarHub. Use of platform content is permitted only as expressly authorized by these terms or with written permission.

• Do not reproduce, distribute or publicly display BelajarHub proprietary materials except as permitted by these terms.
• Do not remove or alter copyright, activity or other proprietary notices from platform content.
• Do not use BelajarHub activity, logos or branding without prior written consent.

BelajarHub offers paid courses, certifications and subscription plans. Paid services are governed by the purchase terms displayed at the point of sale and these Terms of Service.

Course and subscription prices are displayed on BelajarHub.pro. Prices may include applicable taxes where required. Currency and pricing may vary by location and promotional offers.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing a paid service you authorize BelajarHub and its payment processors to charge the chosen payment method for the applicable fees.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Users are responsible for timely cancellation via account settings or by contacting support.

Refunds for paid services are handled according to the refund policy presented at purchase. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to verification of the purchase and usage.

You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, unless a different policy applies to a specific promotion or agreement.

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies imposed by local authorities. BelajarHub may collect taxes where required by law and will indicate applicable taxes at checkout.

BelajarHub may adjust prices for subscriptions and courses. Existing paid subscriptions will be subject to the pricing terms communicated at renewal or as required by local regulations.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access until payment is received. BelajarHub reserves the right to pursue collection for unpaid balances.

BelajarHub provides educational content for skill development and career exploration. Information and outcomes from courses vary by individual and are influenced by many external factors. Materials are provided 'as is' and do not constitute professional, medical or legal advice. BelajarHub does not promise specific employment or revenue outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BelajarHub and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts paid by the user for the relevant paid services in the prior 12 months, except where prohibited by applicable law.

The service may contain links or integrations with third-party applications and content. BelajarHub is not responsible for third-party products, services or content and makes no representations regarding them. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

BelajarHub may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, unlawful conduct or misuse of the service. Termination may be immediate where required to protect the platform, users or third parties.

Upon termination you may lose access to content, subscriptions and user data. Certain obligations and rights under these terms, such as payment obligations, intellectual property and limitation of liability provisions, will survive termination.

BelajarHub processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available at BelajarHub.pro/privacy. The privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and how you can exercise your rights.

Notices to users may be provided by email, in-app notification or posted on BelajarHub.pro. Notices to BelajarHub should be sent to the contact address provided in these terms. Electronic communications are considered received when transmitted unless delivery failure is indicated.

BelajarHub may amend these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on BelajarHub.pro with the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia, to the extent permitted by law.

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction set out above.
